Payment Security

J Store India does not store or access your card details, CVV, or sensitive payment information. All transactions are handled securely by certified payment providers.
Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation message. This confirmation may be sent through SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the contact details you provided during checkout.
If there is any issue with your payment or order confirmation, our support team will assist you as soon as possible.
Important Notes
• Please ensure that your payment details are entered correctly while making online payments.
• If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank account, it is usually automatically refunded by the payment gateway within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid delays.

পেমেন্ট নিরাপত্তা
সব ধরনের অনলাইন পেমেন্ট নিরাপদ এবং বিশ্বস্ত পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে প্রসেস করা হয়। আপনার কার্ড নম্বর, CVV বা অন্যান্য সংবেদনশীল তথ্য J Store India সংরক্ষণ করে না।
পেমেন্ট কনফার্মেশন
পেমেন্ট সফল হলে আপনার অর্ডারের কনফার্মেশন SMS, WhatsApp অথবা Email এর মাধ্যমে পাঠানো হবে।
